The Post

Home to generations of memories grounded in good food, dance contests and live music, this building has been transformed to become our new state of the art cheeseplant, our second Nettle Meadow location, and our tavern and tasting room where you can have a great cheese-focused meal paired with fantastic U.S. beers and wines.

 

Our retail location features our cheeses along with all sorts of gourmet goodies, pottery, cheese boards, knives, jams and jellies, maple, honey, goat milk soaps, charcuterie, pickles olive oils, vinegars, artisan chocolates and anything else we can think of that might go well with our award winning cheese.

We also host many an anniversary, wedding party, birthday or shower or fundraiser.  Call us or click the appropriate button below for menus, pricing and details!

Our menu features our award winning cheeses with several cheese boards and small plates which harken back to the focus of – CHEESE.   Try our decadent spin on macaroni and cheese that features our best-selling Kunik and Peppered Ewe cheeses, while sipping on brews from American craft breweries and wineries.  Or, participate in a cheese tasting and sample the wide-variety of pure and mixed milk goat, sheep, and cow’s milk cheese that we make in-house.  On any given Friday or Saturday you may also hear any one of several talented local musicians.
