Kunik Kunik—ACS 2010 Triple Creme Blue Ribbon Winner!
Kunik is our triple crème wheel made from goat's milk and Jersey cow cream. It has a white rind and a tangy buttery flavor. Delicious on its own or with fruit and crackers. A wonderful addition to any cheese plate. Wheels vary in size from 11 to 16 ounces. Please visit our Kunik page to learn more.

Three Sisters is made from a combination of sheep, goat and cow milks. Three Sisters has a complex flavor, firm texture and bloomy rind, and comes in a manageable 3 to 7 ounce wheel.
Nettle Peaks Nettle Peaks—NEW!
An amazing mold ripened, black ash drizzled 100% goat’s milk pyramid with infused flavors of nettle and other herbs. Nettle Peaks pyramids are approximately 7 to 9 ounces each.
Simply Sheep Simply Sheep
Simply sheep is a semi-aged 100% sheep milk disk. The flavor ranges from smooth to robust as it ages. 5.5 to 9 ounce disks sold in cases of 6.
Crane Mountain Crane Mountain
Crane Mountain is a square block of semi-aged chevre made with 100% goat's milk and covered with a white rind. From it's feta-like youth through it's "runny" mid-life and back to a firm and wonderfully pungent maturity, Crane Mountain is excellent at every stage up to three months from when it is initially cellared. Sizes vary from 9 ounces to 14 ounces.
Garlic and Olive Oil Chevres
Nettle Meadow offers a variety of hand-packed chevres including the following flavors: Lightly Salted chevre, Tellicherry Pepper and Lemon Verbena, Herbs Black Pepper and Garlic (with rosemary infusion, garlic, pepper, basil, sage & sea salt), Mixed herb (with basil, lavender, rosemary, chives, thyme & sea salt), Garlic & Olive Oil, Horseradish, Maple Walnut, Pumpkin Spice and Port Cherry. Each of these chevres are available in five ounce cups, and the Lightly Salted and Garlic & Olive Oil are also available in one pound tubs. All natural ingredients are always used.
Honey Lavender Fromage Blancs
Nettle Meadow also offers hand-packed unsalted goat milk Fromage Blanc in the following flavors: Plain Fromage Blanc, Fromage Blanc with Rosemary Infusion, and Honey Lavender Fromage Blanc. Each are available in five ounce cups and the Plain Fromage Blanc is also available in one pound tubs.

Lightly Salted Chevre
Lentil salad with tomatoes and chevre; creamed spinach with chevre; chevre, artichoke and smoked ham strata.

Fromage Blanc
In a souffle; spicy tomato sauce and Fromage Blanc with bread as an appetizer; in potato pancakes.

Garlic and Olive Oil Chevre
On a pizza or as an alternative to ricotta cheese in lasagna; in tomato sauce with pasta; mixed in mashed potatoes; on bruschetta with roasted peppers and fresh basil.

Herbs, Pepper & Garlic
Mixed with warm pasta; stuffed in chicken breast with black olives; stuffed in grilled tomatoes; in Morrocan chicken phyllo rolls.

Horseradish Chevre
On a potato or on steak; mixed in your favorite meatloaf.

Tellicherry Pepper and Lemon Verbena Chevre
In quesadillas with tomato and corn salsa; as a topping on turkey burgers; in biscuits.

Rosemary Fromage Blanc
In eggplant, tomato and goat cheese sandwiches. Spooned onto salad greens with bacon, dried cherry and port dressing.

Mixed Herb Chevre
As a dip; in a sauce over asparagus.

Honey Lavender Fromage Blanc
Serve with fresh fruit; in a crepe with berries and bananas; in a cheesecake.

Pumpkin Spice Chevre
On a warm scone.

Maple Walnut
In baked apples with raisins.
